I notice as well that even if net.ipv6.conf.default.use_tempaddr=2 and
net.ipv6.conf.all.use_tempaddr=2 and
net.ipv6.conf..use_tempaddr=2, after netplan apply is
executed, net.ipv6.conf..use_tempaddr=0 and no RFC 4941
address is present on the interface.

Upon invocation, /usr/bin/system-config-lvm performs «invoke-rc.d lvm2
start», but this results in «invoke-rc.d: unknown initscript,
/etc/init.d/lvm2 not found.».
Executing /usr/share/system-config-lvm/system-config-lvm.py succeeds.

And (yet more belatedly), it appears that
ufw limit ssh/tcp
ufw allow OpenSSH
renders the «allow Openssh» superfluous, which is not obvious without
looking at the resulting chain.
In other words, limit is an implicit allow, rather than just a rate
limit (I would have preferred just the r
I must note that reversing the order of commands achieves the correct
chain rule order (found belatedly after bug submission).
While this is documented in the man page for ufw, I suspect rate
limiting should always take precedence.
