likely to be another bug.

So it seems that it's a website problem, triggered by an enabled feature
within the kernel. Strictly speaking, it's not an OS feature, but from
an end user P
Do you mean that it could be a more general problem than a pure Ubuntu one?
The strange thing is that if I use windows from the same computer, then it's
working. That is why I assumed that it should be a problem related to the OS.

don't think that it's a local DNS configuration error. Moreover, I am

A strange thing is that if you have a password dialog box when resuming
from hibernation, the dialog is displayed on top of the background that
is still showing garbage. I think that in this case, it should probably
be possible to blank the screen before displaying the dialog box.

There is a limitation to 4 primary partitions on an IDE hard drive.
When used on a drive with already 4 primary partitions, QtParted doesn't offer
ability to create more partitions, which is fine.

I recently tryed Kubuntu (7.04) bundled QtParted on a Vista system.
The built-in partition manager provided with Vista was only minimally able to
shrink the existing ntfs partitions.
To shrink them more and create new ones for Kubuntu, I used QtParted from the
