This is a first with this particular error, I am uncertain as to the
cause of the error. I was not in update, however, I have had some issues
with my Nvidia drivers. I am not sure if this could be related or not.

Error has not been fixed as stated. Checked for new updates, error still
occurs. No 0.5.8ubuntu2
This is the second occurrence that I have had with OOO typically when I
am exiting the word processing program. It doesn't seem to be occurring
with the other parts of OOO. Behaviour noticed is that this will occur
after I save a document and exit the program.
