** Description changed:
[Impact]
ovn package currently FTBFS due to changes in the openvswitch package after
recent security updates - doc tooling in the openvswitch source package that
ovn uses has changed.
[Test Case]
Build ovn package in mantic or jammy
Build fails:
make[2]:
This log contains output from the ovn system testsuite for kernel data

from noble.
There is no dpdk data path testsuite available for the version of OVN in
jammy.

Public bug reported:
When running the autopkgtest using a binary package the test fails with:
342s # Configure OVS before OVN
342s test -d /aZy/ovs || cp -R /usr/src/openvswitch ovs
342s cd ovs && ./configure --enable-ssl --localstatedir=/var --sysconfdir=/etc
--prefix=/usr && make -j4

Public bug reported:
As per a recent debian/sid buildlog [0] for the ovn package, the "ovn-
controller - check sbdb connection" appears to be flaky.

Public bug reported:
The upstream OVN VIF CI pipeline currently fails due to a too old
version of scapy.
This condition is visible in the "dns lookup : EDNS" test and the following
hint is provided in the scapy.log:
