i tested with udev sru-test ppa and output after second inserted.
I compared output after 1st inserted and 2nd inserted it seems the same
output with maverick udev package :

I still have thats problem won 10.10.
I install your sru-test PPA udev.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Place cd or dvd in disc drive, disc is recognized an mounted
2. Eject disc
3. (re)place same cd ord dvd in same disc drive and disc is recognized but
not mounted

when i watching a video If I fast forward a few minutes, the video will
forward normally but sound will forward very very slowly
"$ totem --debug" doesnt print anything, so it doesnt help much
