I confirm this, to me not seem related at all with NIC

high intensive used of hard disk, the errors come after execute the
command "sudo xen-create-image --dir/home/xen" on Do

I install Gusty and all work fine, I reboot and network fine, but after
hibernate, the nic not appear (ifconfig -a don't show the eth0 device).
After that I reboot the machine (no hibernate it) and all go to the
normality. All seem like is problem related with hibernate.

package the system boot (using Xen kernel, the default GRUB options
