I have tested that saving "options snd_hda_intel power_save=0" to a file

To add to #9, as well as the headphones being detected after running
alsa-info, I can confirm that they still work as expected after
detection.

I see a similar problem with incorrect partition information in gnome-
disk-utility. I am not sure if it's exactly the same as the OP's issue
as in my case the problem is solely triggered by running GParted, and

Just got this when dragging a file from file-roller to a nautilus window
on Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit. Nautilus would scroll its window up and down in
