First of all, I would like to apologize if this issue is an Ubuntu
Budgie issue and not an alacarte one. I decided to bring up the issue
here assuming that the alacarte devs would know what to do with the
error log.
ERROR LOG:
~$ alacarte
(alacarte:5338): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 0
Sorry fossfreedom, I didn't type in my distribution correctly and only
put it as Ubuntu 21.10. I am using Ubuntu Budgie 21.10.

-run Budgie Desktop Settings
-select a Panel
-add any applet
-select newly added applet
-delete it
-Delete/Trash
