Hi, I've the same symptom on oneiric vlc version 1.1.12 streaming

Hi, I had the same problem with HP NC6320 and I've revised my Xorg.conf
I had this options which I had to delete to make volume buttons works
again:
Section "ServerFlags"
Option "AutoAddDevices" "False"
Option "DontZap" "False"
EndSection
and delete Option "AllowEmptyInput
I've the same issue. It is not starting automatically after upgrade some
packages.

It seems there is many way how to control acceleration. Someone could
clarify more precisly, how to achieve the best settings with synaptics.
If synaptics has its own acceleration method it would be better to turn
off X acceleration? How to do this?

xorg/mesa/intel current master branches
xorg.conf: exa, tiling=on
glxgears ~1100FPS
tiling=off
glxgears ~800
changing exa to uxa
glxgears = 400
in all cases scrolling when compositing is damn slow (unusable)

Fedora 10 is based on unstable GEM patches and intel driver (and
probably master branches of mesa/xorg) . GEM is too new and it takes
some time that intel stabilize it and do all optimiz
What I know is that TTM in intel was never in stable branch and it was
unsupported and experimental.
