I dont know why this file (/etc/fonts/conf.d/65-khmer.conf) have the tag

fedora with the same version (3.1.2.1fc16) for file-roller and from
GNOME git-master (3.1.90). Maybe this is a compiler problem. I think

apt-get install libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 --reinstall work fine for me, but you
dont need restart the system only restart the gwibber services and work
again :-)
