libdlib18:armhf works.

I've had a similar problem. After uninstalling emerald (sudo apt-get remove
emerald) everything is back to normal again.
Seems like emerald and unity-window-decorator are not a good match. Not sure if
the OP also has emerald installed, but for me this was the solution.
