With traffic on Intel Wifi 7 BE200 card, For a while kernel enter 100%
cpu usage on a worker event thread and kworker/0:0-events_freezable is
in D state. System highly unresponsive during this time.
Happens in 6.5.0-25, does not happen in 6.5.0-17
Description:Ubuntu 22
