When using gnupg-pkcs11-scd with gpg-agent for SSH authentication the following
error is reported:
sign_and_send_pubkey: signing failed for RSA "(none)" from agent: agent refused
operation
This problem is fixed in upstream gnupg-pkcs11-scd

are in the incorrect order.
For example, I have a disk with the firmware version 02.03B04
dmesg output displays:
