I finally suggest to consider if Bug #1860502 is a duplicate of the
current one; the nilfs2 volume run fine until a few days ago, when I
performed a dist-upgrade.

It seems not possible to submit a time instant with the Italian time locale,
the field remains empty.
Neither the times proposed in the scroll menu work.
Evolution calendar works well on the same machine just using the English
localization.

It happens only on battery, cpu usage goes close to 100% for a couple of
seconds, and it seems that's the reason of the jerky mouse.
If you are playing an mp3 the problem is noticeable through the tremendous
jittering.
