To manage notification
Temporary Workaround: unset IBUS_ENABLE_SYNC_MODE
Open ~/.bash_aliases in a text editor (create it if it doesn't exist)
add
unset IBUS_ENABLE_SYNC_MODE
to the bottom.
You have to log out and back in.
