W: Unable to locate package packagename
client looses the /var/run/lirc direstory made during install of lirc. tried
reinstalling several times, lirc is mad
having the same problem here, using the igor usb receiver. it seemed to
work for a bit but if too many buttons pressed it will start corrupting
the output, looks like a different code coming thru but its really just
improperly truncated.
id love to try this patch to see if it corrects the problem,

download did the trick.

When Transmission is active, all other attempts to access the network
fail. I can ping anyone, but navigation is useless. It returns to normal
as soon as I quit Transmission.
