idea might get more attention and have the possibility of being
implemented if you would submit a specification for this.
You should first check whether it already exists at the Ubuntu specs page

As this bug affects Firefox its a possibility that a plugin or website
may be affecting its stability. This bug could do with some more
information. For example, do you have any other programs open at the
time of X closing? What plugins do you currently have installed in
Firefox and Which websites
Confirmed. When adding a second song to the playlist the RhythmBox
appears load the song. Upon completion of this the song is ignored and
the music continues to play.
This bug is probably caused by the way RhythmBox works. Rather than
loading and playing music straight from file it loads the song
Error does not appear to be a true bug and is instead a 'conflict with a
Dapper exotic configuration of tilda (in ~/.tilda)' according to user.

Tested on current Dapper build latest update, Tilda opens fine when
using repository version.
More information would be useful. Especially whether you are building
from source and if you are fully updated. Steps to replicate would be
useful otherwise.
