On Ubuntu 16.04.x, I have a perfectly working custom systemd service
file which sets username and group for the service as
[Service]
User=user
Group=domain users
where both group and user come from an AD domain joined to with winbind.
This is not working anymore on 18.04. E
Just got an update of openafs-module-dkms from the OpenAFS stable PPA
today which fixes the issue.

Once again we're trapped by proprietary drivers. I just bought the
mainboard containing this Radeon HD 3000 GPU beginning of this year.
I've already tried to avoid Nvidia, hoping things will be better with
AMD/ATI. Too sad I was wrong. Next time, the winner will surely be
Intel.

database driver and thus, cannot create the connection. I have installed

I see the same problem in telepathy-kde from the Telepathy KDE PPA
(https://launchpad.net/~telepathy-kde/+archive/ppa). SIPE/Office
Communicator protocol works fine in Pidgin, but Telepathy is unable to
connect with the same connection data.
So it seems the problem is not in empathy, but somewhere

installed correctly into /usr/share/gnu-smalltalk (see below). This
prevents the interpreter from loading the GTK package.

The package libpam-ssh 1.92-14ubuntu1 from Oneiric Ocelot installs
pam_ssh.so into /usr/lib instead of /lib/security. It's thus not found
by PAM and no ssh-agent is started and no ssh key decrypted. As a
workaround, I created a symlink to make it work.

perform a decryption operation. I tried all of kmail,
thunderbird/enigmail and plain gpg on command line with all variants of
