I've installed the following linux kernel:
2.6.39-020639rc4-generic #201104191410 SMP
After installing this kernel one error comes before the boot selection screen,
it says:
mdio-gpio is already registered aborting..
But after than it goes normal.

Is this an issue in the current development branch (natty)?
