Can someone explain why this bug is marked as incomplete? It seems to be
very complete to me. You have tons of logfiles and other info here. This
bug affects usability of whole system. In other words - Ubuntu is
USELESS with this bug.

When i boot the Feisty livecd xorg doesn't boot, it crashes. It seems
that it's detecting the correct mode but the vesa driver doesn't support
it. (1280x960). As soon as i switched the FGLRX driver the problem was
fxed.
