After a suspend/resume cycle with latest Intrepid the wireless is messed. I
found this temp solution:
rmmod ath_rate_sample ath_pci ath_hal
rmmod ath_rate_sample ath_pci ath_hal
rmmod ath_rate_sample ath_pci ath_hal
modprobe ath_pci
killall NetworkManager
NetworkManager
--

This on a Dell E521 running Gutsy 64bit Desktop.
After upgrading linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.22-14-generic from .37 to .38,
snd-hda-intel fails to load at bootup. This driver isn't mentioned in
the changelog, but the file changes between releases.

Not tested, but basic idea is to see how the existing module packages,
such as curl, are built and add our own.
mkdir php
cd php
apt-get source php5
cd php5-5.2.1
$EDITOR debian/rules -> find "--with-curl" line and add configure option
$EDITOR debian/modulelist -> add m
