Pedro: I'm basically referring to the way Chrome embeds the tabs into
the titlebar itself, thus saving space. I use a small screen, and using
Chrome is the only thing that cheers me up when forced to run Windows.
It's incredible how much it matters when there's room for more content;

Binary package hint: metacity
Would it be possible to add Google Chrome-style tabs to metacity, or
does that belong in GTK? It would really help with the utilization of
small screens -- even on my 12.1" screen every vertical pixel matters.

David: I'm quoting from your blog post:
"A paper cut is not:
* A new feature. If it requires writing more than a few lines of
code, or adds any new visual elements to an interface, it’s probably not
a paper cut."
By that definition, this isn't a paper cut, it's just an important

I wholeheartedly agree with this bug (the current icon is damned ugly),
but it isn't a paper cut. It requires considerable time to craft a new
icon, and it doesn't affect the default Ubuntu install. Furthermore, it
is not directly a usability bug (although pretty is a feature).

This is not a paper cut because it is not a general usability issue, but
rather a feature request that will benefit a relatively small amount of
users. The bug itself is fine -- and I agree with it -- but it's not a
paper cut.

I've got the same issue with Intrepid. I think it's related to image

Contrary to what I expect of a GNOME application, Liferea doesn't
