Public bug reported:
upgrading from ubuntu studio 21.04 to 21.10 did not work. It complained
about a third part ppa, which in my case is pipewire. I disabled it and
it made no difference.

Not a fix but a workaround: I use the virtualenv package instead, rather

protocol (e.g. set to https://localhost:3128) instead of just http.
