## Steps to reproduce
1. Use Ubuntu 20.04 with an Nvidia graphics card with GNOME Desktop.
2. Set display scaling to any fractional value (150%)
3. open up Firefox/Chrome/Chromium. Open up Console and type
`window.devicePixelRatio`

The empathay should be updated and fixed on the 12.04 Precise but NO!
They didn't fix it. Empathay with a Mxit option here just lying around
ffor nothing!!

I am upgrading 11.10 > 12.04 and I turn on the terminal when
