Ubuntu installer crashed. Only thing I can think of which might have
caused the problem was having a partition already mounted which I told
the installer to format.

Evolution, OWA, and read/unread state of messages

Evolution doesn't always mark emails as read after 1.5 seconds.
Additionally, evolution doesn't always remember that email messages have
been read; when fetching the latest emails from the server (Exchange via
OWA), previously read emails will be re-marked as unread.

When opening an image, eog creates a window which allows for the image
to be displayed at normal size (i.e., no scaling). But after the image
is drawn, a GtkMenuBar is added to the window. Since the window does
not resize itself after adding the menu bar, the image gets scal

Binary package hint: vorbis-tools
oggenc crashed while encoding a .wav file ripped by grip. It worked
fine for all tracks on this CD but one, and (so far) has worked fine on
all tracks of every other CD I've tried.
Ejected the CD, re-inserted it, and re-ripped and re-encod
