When I tried to reply to the initial (emailed) request, Launchpad kept
rejecting my emails; I finally sent the files directly to you on April
28th after trying Launchpad several times.
On a somewhat related note, a failed package installation on a different
computer tried to report the error via t

After installing lemonpos 0.5 from ubuntu repositories, it will not
launch -- complains about can't connect to db (it neither created it
during the install, nor told me I had to) with bad user (not created, as
before) or bad password (not created, as before). I manually create
