[Bug 382672] [NEW] cannot adjust brightness level

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager I can`t change the brightness at all. neither the brightness-applet nor the hotkeys posses functionality. I have to change brightness under my other partition with Ubuntu 8.04. I`m using Ubuntu 9.10 Alpha 1 on my Acer Aspire 7720G wit
