I could not reproduce the issue with the following newer kernels on
Bionic:
- linux-image-5.4.0-99-generic
- linux-image-5.4.0-80-generic
- linux-image-5.4.0-70-generic
Kernel linux-image-5.4.0-65-generic still crashing, so this issue has
been fixed between 5.4.0-65 and 5.4.0-70.

- Sorry for the confusion, nfq-cpp was a dummy C++ test code which did
what ./print_and_accept.py script do, listen and accept all packages.
- I could not reproduce the crash neither with localhost connections
(without routing) or routing through veth
