As per Google Translate, that bug title and ErrorMessage comes up as:
"Subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit
status 1". Is that all there is to the reported issue? If that is the
case, then to my knowledge, this issue was resolved with ledgersmb
1.3.46-1, which is cur
Sometimes I just dual boot.

Same here, on two laptops, one the same Dell D630 as the OP, as well as
a basically identical D830. However, editing the boot parameters from
the grub menu does not allow me to get to a login screen, and I am
unable to even get to a vt to run any sort of commands.

Here's another symptom, though it may well be unrelated. This bug
