This bug is fixed in PHPMyAdmin Release 4.8.2 and would be resolved in
updating the package.

Additionally I can say if I dont use the keys on the headset the mouse problem
appears only after the login.

I can confirm this bug with a Corsair VOID RGB wireless headset.
Mouse movement works all the time but sometimes (every 15 min ca.) mouse clicks
are not recognized any more till I switch tty with strg+alt+
