I have the same problem on Kubuntu Jaunty with KDE 4.2. I can only send files via ICQ. I'm behind a router and use port 80 for ICQ (to circumvent public firewalls). I can choose a place to save the file, but it is not send (0% progress). Cheers Chris -- cannot receive files in icq https://bugs
