I confirm the bug on my BQ Aquaris E4.5 even after OTA6.
I don't have knowledge in communication system or mobile phone dev. but as a
user and travelling to foreign country, I disconnect the data in roaming but I
was always able to send MMS in roamming this my Android or iPhone (long time
ago
Sorry I made a mistake in my first post:
I can SEND MMS whatever if Wifi is ON or OFF. BUt I can't If Data is not
activated.

Hello
After OTA6, no change for me on my BQ Aquaris E4.5.
I can receive MMS whatever if Wifi is ON or OFF. BUt I can't If Data is not
activated.
But I can't receive MMS whatever Wifi or Data is ON or OFF.
APN Setting:
APN = orange.acte
MMSC = http://mms.orange.fr
Proxy = 192.168.10.200
Port = 8
Same for me.
No change after ota5 upgrade.
Can send mms, but can receive.
APN customized
BQ Aquaris - 15.04 r24
Operator : Sosh/Orange in France
Any advise? What is the Free APN setting you are using?
