[Bug 1078659] [NEW] glusterd leaks file handles on .cmd_log_history upon SIGHUP.

Public bug reported: On SIGHUP gluster is supposed to repoen it's log files. It does so but it leaks file handles on .cmd_log_history. The bug was reported to upstream gluster and fixed but the patch doesn't seems to be applied. The bug was reported to gluster here http://dev.gluster.com/pipermai
