Affects me too. Logitech Peformance MX, Kubuntu 12.04 beta2. Old N42 mouse fine. Replugging clears fault, usually. when I try the receiver in the USB of a Toshiba Port replicator (hub + LAN, serial, keyboard) it NEVER works - and dmesg reports "insufficient bandwidth". Yet this setup works fault
