Ode bindings look for wong file

I've attached a patch that changes the library configuration for
Tao.Ode.dll to point to Karmic's `/usr/lib/libode.so.1` and also makes
the library use the same precision as `libode1` in Karmic.
Using the patch, I've now been able to use ODE in my Mono application.

Public bug reported:
I'm trying to use Ode in my Mono application using Karmic. I have
version 2:0.11-4 of 'libode1' and 2.1.svn20090801-1 of 'libtaoframework-
ode0.9-cil'.
I've added references to Tao.Ode and when I try to debug my application
I receive an exception:
DllNotFoundException: libod
I had this same problem, resetting back to the Feisty repositories then
removing the cups-pdf package enabled me to upgrade. I'm guessing
there's a dependency problem in the Gutsy version of cups-pdf.

I get the same warning. It can be fixed by commenting (with '#') out
line 169 of the file `/usr/share/themes/Blubuntu/gtk-2.0/gtkrc`.
There shouldn't be any side effects because the option is being ignored
anyway. My guess is the option "progressbarstyle" has become deprecated.

I'm traiging this bug as low importance because it is easily worked
around and it isn't extremely common for someone to reproduce it.
