I had to install the linux-386 package because I could not use the
latest kernel because my cpu is 400mhz and when I tried to boot into the
latest kernel I get a message that "my cpu does not support the
following feature: cmov". At first the p
I can confirm this as well. I was having sound issues so pressed ctrl-
alt-backspace and logged in again. Upon login the screen was blank with
the background color and a lighter orange box in the upper left. I am
on Hardy Beta. Can get more info if needed.
