Same problem still in Maverick. Disconnecting using the lower left hand side
connection button and then reconnecting (same way) will bring connection back.
This is not a fix obviously.

Wait a second, I thought that bugs.launchpad.net was a forum to call
bugs out and let developers know about bugs and try to help them with
details to have them fix.
While having a bunch of ways to patch the issue is very nice because we
don't have to "suffer" every time that we turn the system on

I am a laptop user, and I went through the "trouble" of using gimp to create a
long landscape wallpaper to fit both of the monitors with the correct exact

System -> Preferences -> Mouse -> Touchpad...
There, I unchecked "Disable touchpad while typing" and all my "problems
went away", Also, my wildest dearms became true.
IT IS A FEATURE NOT A BUG!

Ok, this happens only while using the touch pad.
This laptop is a Thinkpad T61p, it has a touchpad and on of those red points,
and I have a USB keyboard and mouse connected through the docking station.
Everything works fine exept the touchpad.
