The source package installed on my computer is long gone (with the
computer itself). I am not going to go to the trouble of installing the
package and seeing if it still broken only for the bureacratic purpose
of marking the bug "alive". In one year that has passed since I

One more thing that I forgot to mention. The bug appeared very recently.
Since I have not installed anything except the security updates it might
be caused by one of the recent updates.

I forgot to mention that it does not appear in all programs. For
example, it does not appear when the same image is opened in GIMP.
I guess it is probelm with some graphics library, but I do not know for
sure.

I disagree with the last comment. Whereas Flash might behave in
arbitrarily bad way, it should not take down Firefox with it. It is
Firefox's obligation to sanitize all the input it gets including the
