Sorry, this was no bug!
I solved the problem
The alsa driver modules for this kernel were not installed automatically.
After ...
sudo apt-get install linux-alsa-driver-modules-2.6.32-33-generic
everything is ok now.

If I reboot and start with the old Kernel everything works fine.
