Up to date Ubuntu 11.04 amd64 here, still suffering from the issue.
Bluetooth doesn't work, until I issue a
# service bluetooth restart
command.
I have put it into /etc/rc.local, which took care of the symptom, but
not the underlying cause.

Inbox counters sometimes don'
Screenshot attached. Evolution running, applet is "idle". There should
be a little triangle next to "Mail", indicating that Evolution is
running, and an entry below "Contacts" with the mail account's name and
a number showing the unread message count.

I think this is in the wrong place, you meant indicator-messages.
Nonetheless, I have to +1 this, because I am experiencing the same
thing. The applet doesn't recognise the Evolution process, there is no
little triangle next to "Mail", and the inbox entries are missing, just
as if Evolution isn't

Scenario:
I open Evolution, which start in the Mail view by default. The global
menu (indicator appmenu) populates the menu for that view just fine.
When I switch the view in evolution to Calendar view, the global menu
updates the top level menu items, but there are no dropdo
I can confirm the issue too. Ubuntu 11.04 fresh install. Worked
perfectly in 10.10.
