I am now running ubuntu saucy and I haven't this problem any more.
Some Information about my current config :
$ dpkg -l | grep chromium-
ii chromium-browser
31.0.1650.63-0ubuntu0.13.10.1~20131204.1 amd64Chromium browser
ii chromium-browser-l10n
Initiatily, the concerned package is chromium-browser may be link to a
more low-level package.
