Hm, I don't think the above are right. I generated them using apport-cli
from a .crash file for 0-39 but they report 0-38 (currently used as
fallback).

It's not just LibreOffice. I've had the same happen with Terminal,
darktable, geeqie. When this happens the applications also aren't added
to the last used list in the main panel.
