Last night with the compiz 1:0.6.0+git20071006-0ubuntu2 i can't
replicate the bug.

i just upgraded to the new version 2.20.0.1-0ubuntu5 (gutsy) and the panel
does not showed automatically. i have to do clic on its place or open any
app.
but if y remove the panel.d inside .gnome2 the panel is opened in normal
way.

The only task that i was doing was scrool. today my system was upgraded to
0.60 compiz. i tried to reproduce it but i cant. maybe the new code fix the
problem.
