I can't seem to build from SVN STABLE on Hardy, there are many
dependencies missing and commenting out where it fails to configure
isn't helping and the package is clearly installed that it's calling
for. I was never able to get it to work in Ubuntu and have not used
OpenSUSE since Hardy Alpha 5.

It's not specific to Compiz or a window manager because when I swtich to
metacity it has the same effect. Nvidia 7600 GS 512 mb if that makes a
difference.

I'm not sure if Novell/Suse issued a patch for this, but openSUSE is the
ONLY distro than this does not effect. I'm not sure a patch can be
pulled from that but it works with no regression or problems. I know
Gentoo pushed a patch in their build, but I have not used that distro in
some time.

With Compiz Fusion activated my nvidia-settings are set back to default
when used with gnome-screensaver. As soon as the screen begins to fade
into the screen saver you can observed the nvidia-settings (color)
resetting to default.
It was working
I've been having this issue in Gutsy since early tribe releases and it's
not specific to Gutsy as it occurs in many other distros. It only
occurs with certain window borders (Clearlooks, Human) Gilouche does not
reproduce the bug. It's a bug and in Compiz Core and I hope it gets
fixed because thi

any screen edge with the mouse (top right, bottom right, top left,
