Yes, this is reproducible.
Steps:
1. Install and run CompizConfig.
2. Activate the Scale plug-in if it isn't activated yet.
3. Open Nautilus window.
4. Open several other windows.
3. Press Super+W and click to Nautilus window thumbnail (somewhere near the
left side of window, red rectangle on sc

When I try to change active window to Nautilus I press Ctrl+W and then
click on Nautilus window. It opens but also changes folder to one of the
bookmarks from left side of window. It happens not always, only on click
to middle area of scaled window.
