I have created a fix to this problem and shll upload it as soon as I
work out how to do it. Basically the bug is that perl does not know that
the input is supposed to be a utf-8 string. By adding use Encode to the
top of the file and by using Encode::decode_utf8 before checking the
length of the st
This is not a bug, this problem is caused by wordwrapping, you must use cowsay
-n to disable it, as in
$ fortune | cowthink -n | cowsay -n.

I can also confirm this in Karmic. For me it doesn't happen on all
images resized with css, resizing an image dynamically shows at some
widths it shows the border and at others not. Possibly to do with sub-
pixel rendering?
