I confirm this bug on Ubuntu 10.10. I am attaching my debug output for
the same scenario as reported in the bug report. Here is my own account
that reflects the debug trace:
1) I open Rhythmbox
2) I click on "Radio" and then choose a stream to play, for example:

I haven't been able to sync my notes on Ubuntu One ever, it seems like.

This bug was annoying me a few times, so I've made an attempt at fixing
it.
In the testing I've done it seems to act as desired. When an operation
is in progress, Deja-Dup minimizes to the tray(using hide_on_delete).
Otherwise, it closes normally(using do_close).
I've made a branch called close-b
I don't think you didn't want to set Invalid, which indicates a bug
report that is not really describing a bug. I've reset it as Confirmed
for now.
