With @localhost as parameter it will use the local resolver.
Local resolver is unbound. The cr** systemd resolver is disabled.
Configuration is exactly same like on another machine where it is working like
expected.
Only difference: Ubuntu 18.04 instead of 20.04.

So I took mod_ssl from apache 2.2.29 which supports ECDH.
Additional I removed the 512 and 1024 bit DH parameters from ssl_engine_dh.c
and replaced them with 2048 and 3072 bit.

It seems to be a bug in the fglrx driver provided by Ubuntu.
I've downloaded the actual fglrx driver form the AMD Homepage, version 8.47.3
and installed it.
Now xine works fine and refreshrates over 60Hz are also possible.
