I think the Intel 6325 WiFi that comes with our machines are garbage.
Maybe not the hardware itself but there seems to be problems with the
driver both for Windows and Linux. I've read that Dell is aware of the
problem and maybe there will be a solution sooner or later. I have
swapped the chip

Works even for my machine. Problem solved.
