The simple patch in attachment fix the problem, so it means
the bug is inside
/usr/lib/mailman/bin/mailmanctl
not in init script
/etc/init.d/mailman
I suppose there's a wrong implementation of flag '-s':
-s/--stale-l

I tried to port Ubuntu sonypi.c patches to 2.6.18, but it doesn't
work (I mean, it compiles clean, it "modprobes"[3] clean, but no
/proc/acpi/sony/ directory).
